UK buyers of my book might prefer to get it off Lulu as the delivery is much faster than the US Create Space website. Click Here to go to Lulu. It's a little more expensive than Create Space but cheaper if you factor in the faster delivery. Sorry to those of you who have already ordered the book and are waiting patiently for it to slowly crawl it's way over from the US, I've only just thought of doing this.
